TAMARAH BRODSKY
is an associate in the firm's litigation and coverage departments. Ms. Brodsky graduated from the University of Miami in 1998 where she majored in Political Science with a minor in English. While attending the University of Miami, Ms. Brodsky was a member of the Golden Key Honor Society. Ms. Brodsky attended Seton Hall University School of Law, where she was on the Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Board. She also participated in Seton Hall's Pro Bono Service Program in conjunction with the Essex County Public Defender's Office.
After graduating in 2001, Ms. Brodsky began her career as an Assistant District Attorney with the District Attorney's Office in Queens County, New York. Thereafter, Ms. Brodsky joined a firm in New York City where her practice concentrated on the prosecution of complex civil recovery actions on behalf of insurance companies against individuals and entities for violations of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), state regulatory violations, and common law fraud. Ms. Brodsky's practice also included handling insurance based actions from inception through trial, as well as the litigation of insurance based fraud actions relating to illegal corporation formation, coverage issues, and declaratory judgment actions.
In addition to the Florida Bar, Ms. Brodsky is a member of the New York and New Jersey Bars.
