KERRI L. McNULTY is an associate in the firm's Appellate and Litigation divisions. She earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Miami, graduating summa cum laude in 2002. Ms. McNulty was a member of Law Review and earned her law degree from the University of Boston, graduating cum laude in 2005. Ms. McNulty had the privilege of clerking for the Honorable R. Fred Lewis, justice of the Florida Supreme Court.
Ms. McNulty focuses exclusively on appellate practice and trial support. She has experience handling appeals in both state and federal court, and is capable of guiding clients through all aspects of the appellate process. Her appellate experience has afforded her exposure to a wide range of substantive areas of the law.
Ms. McNulty is admitted to the Florida Bar, US Supreme Court and US Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Additionally, Kerri is also a member of the Florida Bar Appellate Practice Section, the Dade County Bar Association and the Rosemary Barkett Appellate Inn of Court.
