ELLEN NOVOSELETSKY is a partner in the firm's
litigation department. She was born in Kiev, Ukraine
and speaks Russian, Spanish, Hebrew and English.
Ms. Novoseletsky graduated summa cum laude from
George Washington University in 1995, where she
majored in International Affairs with a concentration
in Russia and Eastern Europe. She attended the
University of Miami School of Law as a Dean's
Honor Scholar, and graduated magna cum laude in
1998. While at the University of Miami, Ms. Novoseletsky
was a member of the Yearbook of International
Law and was a recipient of the Book Award in Criminal
Law. She performed her clinical training at the
juvenile division of the State Attorney's Office,
and she also interned with Federal Magistrate
Judge Barry Garber and with the Dade County School
Board. Following her graduation, Ms. Novoseletsky
was awarded the prestigious Order of the Coif.
Ms. Novoseletsky was admitted to the Florida Bar
in 1998, and is a member of the Miami-Dade County
Bar Association.
Ms. Novoseletsky concentrates her practice in
the areas of insurance defense, insurance coverage,
bad faith and personal injury. In 2004 and 2005, the South Florida Legal Guide recognized Ms. Novoseletsky as a "Top Up and Comer" for attorneys in South Florida.
