Since its inception as Daniels and Hicks, P.A. in 1978, the firm has been involved in thousands of appeals, including more than 800 published opinions. In addition to practicing in the Florida Supreme Court and Florida's District Courts of Appeal, the firm's attorneys have handled numerous matters in the federal appellate courts, including the 2nd, 5th, 6th, and 11th United States Circuit Courts of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
